Company Profile

Kolombangara Forest Products Limited (KFPL) is a joint venture between the Government of the Solomon Islands (represented by the Investment Corporation of the Solomon Islands ICSI) and the Tropical timber fund (TTF).

KFPL has under its stewardship  12,000 ha of planted tropical hardwoods (principally Gmelina arborea ("White Teak") and Eucalyptus deglupta) together with  20,000 ha of protected rainforest most of which is virgin.
